When Gecko first relaunched, we re-issued our original beach pants in Nylon only. Nylon is great, because it's lightweight, water repellent, dries fast -- however, thousands of you asked if we could bring back the original versions -- in cotton.
It's not that we didn't want to -- the reason is, that we actually couldn't, because technology had changed so much from the 80's, that there was literally NO WHERE that could print patterns on cotton and make the colors as bright and bold as the originals -- nylon was the closest we could come.
Now, 3.5 years later we finally made it happen! We can just about guarantee there is NO OTHER PLACE you can get cotton pattern pants with colors this bold!

I love these pants! They feel and fit great! Shipping was also very fast! I’m 5’10, 160lbs, and size medium fits perfect.

I really love the pants however I took it to a seamstress and they put stretchy cuff ends at the bottom of the pants versus the straight cut that you guys originally have on those. I'm not sure if in the '80s or '90s when I bought these pants you had a cuff on the bottom of it but it makes it more scrunchy and it adheres to your ankles better than just the flat bottoms that might be something as an option that you might want to perfect. But I love the pants they're comfortable and now with the alteration they're even better!
God bless. I've ordered 5 pairs of shorts, 2-shirts, and everything fits wildly different. I'm just a 5'9 dude that wears M in everything. The pants are massive (like if I needed to parachute off a building, I'd do it in these pants). Same with the volley shorts. It looks like my dog could snuggle my butt, no problem. The t-shirts could easily fit my 5 year old niece, no problem. I just look like I'm bar-backing at the pink pony club though.
