Runs very small

I studied the size chart meticulously for the HYPERflash tees and this arrived 4 inches smaller in width than what was listed on the size chart. Wish that was corrected on the website. I measured with a measuring tape from pit to pit as is standard. Really disappointed I had to return it as I loved the design and wanted to exchange it but the next size up was sold out. Otherwise, the HYPERflash feature was really fun and the feel of the shirt was perfect. Not too heavy and not too thin, yet also soft.
